 | | Why am I a SANBS Ambassador? "The SANBS grants me to go through the process of donating blood voluntarily, so that I can provide my blood to all patients. For me, personally, just the idea knowing that I can possibly help someone in need of my blood, is to smile of, everyday! It is of great importance to me, that I, as an Ambassador for the SANBS, manage my personal brand correctly, so that through that, I can positively lift my voice in the community and motivate others to go through the process of donating blood regularly, and so as one, we create a supporting group, where we encourage each other by donating regularly and helping patients in need! For me, it will mean the world, knowing that through my personal brand, I can make a lasting impression on the people of the community, looking up to me as an Ambassador and gaining respect for me, through the things I’ve done, am doing and will still do!" Mia-Anne Ferreira studied BA Drama at the University of Pretoria and became involved with Film-Training through PALI (Performing Arts And Lifestyle Institution) managed by Shareen Swart. She has portrayed roles in various theatre productions at the University’s Krekvars Arts Festival, like Amadeus Mozart, Ich Ben Een Afrikaan (-Der)(-Se)(-Sa), Leuens-Leuens, Darlings, You Were Wonderfull. she also featured in a Design Quarters commercial in Co-operation with Top Billing and played in Egoli on MNET. Mia-Anne is actively partaking in various modelling activities, such as photography, ramp-work and promotions.
