Xander is an Architect, actor, singer, dancer and painter that got lost somewhere in the performing arts world. He was a semi-finalist in the ATKV ‘Crescendo’ & kykNET ‘Zing’ competitions. At the end of 2003 he danced in ‘ABBA’ in Cape Town and played lead roles in Krokketopia, Speel-Speel and Vere (newly written Afrikaans musicals at the Mosaïek Theatre, Jhb). 2005 included performances in Salon Music’s ‘Mozart’ & ‘Chocolat’ as well as choreography for the ATKV ‘Lier’ awards. Xander is also a voice artist for radio ads (Vodacom, Toyota and ABSA) and storytelling on Thabong Thabong and Jakkals Jol on SABC2. Xander’s musical theatre achievements include his performances in the acclaimed musicals My Fair Lady, Fiddler on the Roof and The Rocky Horror Show.  He also performed in Janice Honeyman’s pantomimes Aladdin, Peter Pan and Snow White. Xander has also appeared in the well-known soap 'Generations' and recently joined forces with Nadia Beukes (kykNET) to record their first album Brieweboks released in Dec 2008.
